For deep partnership, not volume
I've spent the last 15 years solving the same problem in different forms:
How do you scale a business without breaking the technology-or the bank?
I've done it for billion-dollar enterprises like KPMG and Louis Vuitton. I've done it for fast-growing startups racing toward Series B.
Now, I'm bringing that experience to the region that needs it most: the GCC, where ambitious founders are building the next generation of global companies.
The Journey
My journey started in Europe, leading technical transformations for some of the world's most demanding organizations. At KPMG, I architected and developed an app used by more than 10 000 clients where downtime wasn't an option. At Louis Vuitton, I built systems that handled millions of transactions during peak seasons. At Dassault Systèmes, I scaled platforms used by aerospace and automotive giants.
The common thread? Every one of these companies hit the same wall: technical complexity that threatened to outpace business growth.
But the problem I kept seeing wasn't just technical. It was strategic.
Companies would hire brilliant engineers, invest millions in infrastructure, and still struggle to scale profitably. Why? Because they were optimizing code when they should have been optimizing decisions.
Fast execution without strategic direction is just expensive chaos.
Why GCC, Why Now
When I moved to Dubai, I saw the same pattern emerging across the GCC's rapidly growing tech ecosystem.
Founders raising $10M, $20M, $50M-celebrating their Series A or B-only to realize six months later that their technical foundation can't support the growth they promised investors.
That's why I founded SAIA Digital.
Not to be another dev shop writing code. But to be the strategic technical partner that founders wish they had from day one-helping them make the right decisions before expensive mistakes become existential crises.
My Approach: Strategic Before Tactical
Clarity Before Speed
Most scaleups move fast in the wrong direction. I help founders ask the right questions before writing the first line of code: What's your real path to scale? PLG or SLG? What does profitability actually look like?
Profitability, Not Just Performance
Anyone can make a system faster. I optimize for business outcomes: cutting cloud costs 30%+ while improving performance, building architectures where unit economics actually work at scale.
Partnership, Not Projects
I don't audit and disappear. I embed with your team for 3-12 months-making decisions alongside you, mentoring your engineers, and presenting technical strategy to your board. You get a CTO-level partner without the full-time cost.
The Commitment
I'm not a remote consultant calling in from another continent.
I'm based in Dubai. I work on-site 2-3 days per week with my clients across UAE and Saudi Arabia. I meet your team, understand your culture, and embed myself in your operations.
When you have a critical architectural decision at 9 PM because your CTO just quit, I'm a WhatsApp message away-not in a different timezone waiting for "business hours."
This is how partnerships work in the GCC. And it's how I work.
Ready for a Strategic Partnership?
If you're a Series A-C founder in UAE or Saudi Arabia, and you're feeling the weight of technical decisions you're not equipped to make alone-I've been there.
Not as a founder, but as the person founders call when the stakes are high and the margin for error is zero.
Let's have a conversation. No pitch, no pressure.
Just an honest discussion about where you are, where you want to be, and whether I'm the right partner to help you get there.
